This offers peace of mind and meets any of your second home insurance requirements.
We can visit for 1 hour at a cost of £30.00.
This can be booked as week blocks so there is no long term commitment.
If we have time during our visit we may be able to carry our additional property management tasks such as;

If 1 hour is not enough time then you could book additional time at £15 per half hour.

This service can of course be adjusted to suit your requirements, we can visit more or less often. We can stay for longer or shorter periods if required. We offer a bespoke Cotswold Property Management service.
For properties within a 17 miles radius of Chipping Norton we offer a 15% discount to our 1 hour security and insurance visit prices.

This service has become very popular recently and is usually required for clients who are starting to find managing their home more difficult.
Often family members do not live locally and require prompt trustworthy support as and when required.
All the usual services we offer are available but often we are asked just to pop in and do something very simple such as getting the internet or TV to work.
The cost structure is also very simple – we just charge £30 to pop for anything that would take up to 1 hour and £15 per half hour for any additional time.
There is no subscription or minimum payment.
