Our clients can call us at any time if there in an urgent need at your property. We will be there as soon as possible. We offer this service outside office hours and there are no additional call out charges.
We offer a simple low cost property visiting service.
For properties within a 17 miles radius of Chipping Norton.
We can visit three times per week for £15 per visit
This can be booked as week blocks so there is no long term commitment.
We visit for 1/2 an hour when we can offer peace of mind while you are away.

This service can of course be adjusted to suit your requirements, we can visit more or less often. We can stay for longer or shorter periods if required

Family and property support
This service has become very popular recently and is usually required for clients who are starting to find managing their home more difficult.
Often family members do not live locally and require prompt trustworthy support as and when required.
All the usual services we offer are available but often we are asked just to pop in and do something very simple such as getting the internet or TV to work.
The cost structure is also very simple – we just charge £25 to pop for anything that would take up to 45 minutes and £25 per hour for any other service or subsequent hours.
There is no subscription or minimum payment.
